- Reducing pain

- Normalising movement patterns

- Improving motor control

- Enhancing movement efficiency

Our skilled therapists utilise a variety of manual therapy techniques tailored to address your specific needs and goals, bringing you closer to optimal function and well-being.

At SJC Physiotherapy, we believe effective rehab starts with accurate testing.

We use VALD Force Plates to measure your strength, balance, and performance, identifying weaknesses and imbalances that may slow your recovery. These data-driven insights let us design precise, efficient rehab plans - helping you recover faster and move with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

If we didn't answer your questions here, feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]

What should I expect at my first physiotherapy session?

Your initial appointment includes a detailed assessment of your symptoms, movement, and goals. We’ll identify the underlying cause of your pain or limitation and create a clear treatment plan tailored to you.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No referral is needed to book an appointment with us. However, if you’re claiming through insurance, your provider may require one, we can help you with that if needed.

What types of injuries or conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of issues including sports injuries, back and neck pain, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, and movement-related conditions. If it hurts, strains, or limits how you live, we can help.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the nature of your injury and your goals. After your first assessment, we’ll give you a clear plan and an estimated timeframe for recovery so you know exactly what to expect.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely, like gym or activewear. We may need access to the area being treated, so avoid bulky layers if possible.
