The definition of rehabilitation is simply to train in the presence of injury; we won’t prevent you from doing the things you love (where we can). Instead we modify your daily routine and give you all the tools to recover in the presence of injury whilst still doing the things you love!

The aims of rehabilitation is too gradually / progressively return you to your pre injured level by addressing your deficits and slowly working to improve them over the course of the programme.

Your programme will increase in difficulty and intensity as you improve until you meet your desired level of physical health and wellness

Your rehabilitation programme will be well structured and bespoke to you and your specific needs. It will be achievable and realistic so don’t worry about completing exercise x3 a day. Our primary focus is putting together a programme you understand and will adhere too. The best exercise is the one you will actually complete.

Saying that as rehabilitation is exercise based it does require a level of consistency / commitment from the client’s part in order to see the positive outcome you desire.

What to expect?

  • Simply book online or via phone
  • You’ll receive a confirmation via email/text of your appointment
  • Come prepared with appropriate gym wear (shorts and vest top preferably)
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in our consent form / COVID-19 screen
  • You therapist will meet and greet you in the waiting room and escort you to the private clinic space
  • Your Therapist will listen to YOU and YOUR concerns. You’ll work together to determine the outcome.  A clear and thorough explanation of your diagnosis will be given
  • Further teamwork to determine your goals/needs and begin to build an achievable treatment plan
  • Appropriate follow-ups/consultations as deemed necessary
